Elite-PC specializes in providing high-quality personal computers built from carefully selected parts. We aim to ensure that every product we offer meets the highest standards for functionality and performance.

### 2. Warranty Disclaimer

Elite-PC does not provide any warranties for the products sold, except for those explicitly stated by the manufacturers of the individual parts utilized in your custom build. Any warranties or guarantees offered are solely limited to those provided by the manufacturers of the components included in your purchase. Customers are encouraged to review the specifics of each manufacturer's warranty to understand the coverage and terms that apply.

### 3. Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

To assure our customers of the quality of our products, Elite-PC offers a satisfaction guarantee where you can evaluate your PC for a period of 5 days from the date of delivery. During this period, customers have the right to inspect their product to ensure it meets their expectations.

If any issues arise during this inspection period, and the buyer promptly communicates the concerns regarding the condition of the PC within the 5 days timeframe, the buyer may return the PC.

### 4. Returns

To initiate a return, buyers must notify us of their intention to return the PC within the specified period. Returns must adhere to the following conditions:

- The PC must be in its original condition and packaging.

- All included accessories and documentation must be returned.

- Any damages or missing items may result in a deduction from the refunded amount.

Upon validation of the return, a full cash back will be processed in accordance with our policy. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in the original payment method.

### 5. Limitation of Liability

Elite-PC's liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the PC. Our company is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from the use of our product or inability to use our product.

### 6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing from Elite-PC, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to abide by them. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase.
